We are looking for an organized and detail-driven HR Scheduler to join our Advanced Technology Center (ATC) team! In this role, you will coordinate staffing needs across our ATC locations, ensuring accurate workforce data, timely project allocations, and efficient collaboration between HR, Talent Supply & Demand, Platform Leads, and project teams. YOUR MISSION:
Maintain and update workforce scheduling systems to ensure resource availability aligns with business demand.
Support staffing discussions and reporting by providing accurate workforce data.
Conduct skill matching for open roles and maintain up-to-date talent data.
Track bench availability, roll-offs, and support communication and readiness for bench resources.
Maintain shared trackers and prepare reporting packages for operational needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for all scheduling queries and coordinate responses.
Collaborate closely with HR, project managers, Talent Connectors, and leadership to ensure efficient staffing coordination.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement to support workforce planning and resource management across teams.
Requisitos
WHO YOU ARE:
Secondary Grammar School or University Degree.
Experience in scheduling, staffing, or HR operations is a plus.
Advanced English and Slovak (B2+) language skills.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Detail orientation and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills.
