Support on SAP Solution Delivery:
Support on Configuration and implementation of one or more SAP modules: MM, EWM, PPM, PS, PP (Any one from below)
Customize solutions in alignment with specific industry processes and business needs.
Lead design workshops, blueprinting sessions, and fit-gap analysis to understand the client business to adopt with SAP best practices.
Project Execution – Implementation & Migration
Drive the execution of SAP implementation, rollouts, and migration projects (including ECC to S/4HANA).
Lead or support data migration activities using tools such as LSMW, SAP BODS, or Data Services. Work on data management and data cleansing/harmonization.
Conduct testing cycles (unit, system integration, and UAT) and coordinate end-user training and documentation.
Client Engagement
Interface with client teams to gather requirements and propose optimized SAP solutions, provide demo to clients on SAP best practices for the business.
Present functional designs and manage stakeholder approvals and sign-offs.
Support change management and post-go-live stabilization or support for hypercare related activities.
Collaboration & Governance
Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Integration) for solution realization, understanding the need of the business.
Work in alignment with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies, using tools like JIRA, Solution Manager, or MS Project.
Maintain high-quality project documentation and contribute to internal SAP knowledge assets.
Requisitos
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related fileds.
Advanced level of english.
2 to 8 years of work experience in either consulting driving projects in SAP domains.
SAP MM - hands-on expertise in SAP Materials Management module, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics execution.
SAP EWM - expertise in inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse structure design, RF integration, and inventory management. Hands-on experience in decentralized and embedded EWM, and integration with MM, SD, and TM modules is essential. Knowledge of labor management, slotting, and warehouse automation systems is a plus.
SAP PPM - expertise in project portfolio management, project systems (PS), and resource/cost planning.
SAP PS - experience in project structuring, planning, budgeting, and cost control using SAP Project System. Strong integration knowledge with FI/CO, MM, and SD is required
SAP PP - hands-on expertise in production planning, MRP, shop floor control, and capacity planning. Discrete and Repetitive Manufacturing, and integration knowledge with MM, SD, and QM modules are essential.
Techno-functional resource is optimal who also understands the technology layer applicable to the above doimains.
Strong project management skills with focus on Agile methodology
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired.
Analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
Ability to clearly communicate these data insights to others.
Team-oriented, self-driven, and committed to continuous learning.
Advantage to have strong skills in areas of Aftersales Supply Chain/Logistics/Transportation/Field Service & Maintenance etc. leveraging any of the mentioned tools/software above
