Job Summary
Accenture is seeking a skilled and passionate LLM Model Developer to work from our office located in Lisbon. Applicants must have experience in GenAI/LLMs, Agentic AI and Python.

Responsibilities
Support the integration and usage of internal GenAI solutions and market-leading tools (e.g., OpenAI, Azure, GCP, Vertex AI, Gemini).
Implement and enhance SDLC-related use cases leveraging Agentic AI frameworks, such as generation of user stories and technical documentation, test case generation and automation, ticket dispatching automation and L1/L2 support suggestions, reverse engineering of legacy systems (including COBOL), API and RPA-based process automation and integration
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by embedding practical AI innovation into application maintenance teams and operations.
Qualifications
+3 years of professional experience in AI, automation, software development, or systems integration roles.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs, Python and common AI/ML libraries, API-based integrations and/or RPA tools.
Understanding of cloud platforms and AI services (e.g., Azure, GCP, OpenAI)
Exposure to agentic AI concepts and workflows
Strong problem-solving mindset and a drive for operational efficiency
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot
Familiarity with Vertex AI, Azure AI, Gemini, or similar GenAI platforms
Basic knowledge of legacy systems and reverse engineering practices (e.g., COBOL)
Understanding of SDLC tools and processes in enterprise environments
Prior experience working in large-scale IT service or consulting contexts
