We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Client Account Lead for Data&AI. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging in conversations with our key clients to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and act as a trusted business advisor to ensure sustainable growth. You will leverage your industry expertise to drive value and build long-term relationships with clients. Also, you will act as a bridge between technical and business team, ensuring that AI and data solutions align with the strategic objective of the clients and Accenture.
📌 Key Responsabilities:
- Engage with our main clients to identify their needs, propose solutions, and serve as a business advisor to ensure sustained growth and client satisfaction.
- Develop and present project proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
- Be an expert in the key aspects of major industries, including Banking & Capital Markets, Oil & Gas, Mining, Utilities, Chemical & Natural Resources and Products, among others, with a deep understanding of their value chains.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Client's Account Leads, coordinating schedules, proposing meetings, and positioning yourself as a key player in the industry.
- Manage and contribute to projects within the relevant industries, focusing on those that are critical to our business objectives.
- Internally coordinate technical and business teams to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective solution.
- Manage the lifecycle of opportunity origination, from inception to proposal submission to clients.
- Have a comprehensive vision that ensures customer-focused solutions and operative, safe, and robust improvements.
- Work in a sales-driven model with clear objectives to meet, ensuring that both individual and company targets are achieved.
- Stay updated on trends and innovations in AI and data analytics.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requisitos
📌 Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Ability to build alliances and influence internal executives, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to meet both client and Accenture needs.
- Previous experience in managing data and AI projects within the industry is a plus. While expert-level knowledge is not required, a foundational understanding is valued, and training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships and origination projects simultaneously.
- Interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and engage teams.
