Senior Producer, Studio Operations

As an onsite Senior Producer, Studio Operations, you will run daily production delivery while also owning key studio operations that keep the facility, crew, and workflow operating at a high standard. You are the client-facing production lead for assigned account(s) and the on-the-ground operational owner who ensures schedules, merchandise flow, resource coordination, and production quality are executed flawlessly.

This is a hands-on production role with operational accountability. Success is measured by delivery outcomes, client satisfaction, commercial performance, and workflow improvement.

What You’ll Own

  • Reliable day-to-day production delivery that hits deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations
  • Stable, efficient studio operations that prevent bottlenecks and protect the client experience
  • Commercially sound execution through accurate estimating, resource planning, and trade-off decisions
  • Workflow evolution by integrating or partnering into modern production approaches (CGI, Gen AI–assisted workflows, video)

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce Production Leadership (Primary)

  • Act as the production liaison between the Company and assigned client(s), ensuring satisfaction and smooth execution
  • Lead and support the production workflow end-to-end: requirements intake, scheduling, routing for review/approval, and progress tracking
  • Create estimates for incoming work and manage schedule commitments and delivery plans
  • Coordinate crews and vendors (talent, stylists, crew) and maintain/expand rosters as needed
  • Ensure creative output meets client style guides and quality standards; troubleshoot discrepancies throughout production and post
  • Generate production reporting and run effective client calls/meetings

Onsite Studio Operations Management (Secondary, but Essential)

  • Oversee the day-to-day studio operating rhythm to keep production moving (facility readiness, operational risk identification, conflict resolution)
  • Proactively identify risks to client experience/delivery and coordinate mitigation with delivery/account partners; escalate appropriately
  • Review production plans against studio resources to anticipate bottlenecks and resolve conflicts
  • Standardize and improve workflow to maximize efficiency and satisfaction (client + crew)
  • Represent studio capabilities in client tours / select sales meetings as needed

Modern Production Workflows

  • Partner across teams to expand eCommerce asset creation beyond still photography into: CGI-enabled content, Gen AI–enabled workflows, Short-form and long-form video.
  • Participate in workflow modernization efforts and tooling/process improvements

Reporting & Ways of Working

  • Reports to: Studio Director (offsite), with day-to-day autonomy and clear escalation for risk, client-impact, or budget exceptions.
  • Partners closely with: Account, Delivery, Project Management, Creative, Post

Requisitos

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years in creative production / project management in a studio or content production environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end production workflows: estimates, schedules, review routing, delivery tracking
  • Strong client-facing communication and meeting facilitation skills
  • Experience managing merchandise flow and coordinating on-site operations that support production execution
  • Operational mindset: ability to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and improve workflows
  • Experience spanning photography plus adjacent content formats (video and/or digital content)
  • Familiarity with scaled eCommerce content models and multi-format production
  • Exposure to CGI workflows and/or workflow modernization initiatives
  • Comfortable operating in gen AI-enabled workflow discussions and evolving roles/talent models
  • Familiarity with asset management platforms and production tracking discipline

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
