By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way from Bucharest/Brasov.
How you’ll make an impact:
Processing client's payroll every pay period;
Maintaining payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data;
Entering payroll information into central system for processing;
Completing ad-hoc or recurrent payroll reports;
Answering staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records;
Receiving and coordinates requests for leave and other absences;
Adhering to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law;
Identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records;
Honoring confidentiality of employees' pay records.

Le tue caratteristiche
Skills that make your work successful:
B2 German and English language profficiency;
At least 3 years of experience in HR Admin/Payroll activity;
Bachelor's degree;
SAP user skill, good to have, not mandatory;
Good PC operating skills;
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
Proactive approach and flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as required.
