In Greece, our HR function has grown significantly to meet increasing business needs and support the company’s continued growth.
The HR People Advisor in Athens will support all activities and processes within an HR department to ensure that the global & local programs and solutions are established in order to maintain a high-performance workforce team.
Responsibilities:
Support day‑to‑day HR Operations processes (e.g. onboarding, offboarding, employee data maintenance)
Prepare HR documentation, like employment contracts and onboarding materials
Maintain and update HR systems and databases regarding leave management (e.g. record of sick or maternity leave), ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Ensure Policies & internal procedures' compliance standards
Support various local & global HR programs / initiatives by means of design, implementation, internal communication and follow up
Events' planning & management

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
2-3 years of proven experience in core HR area (multinational organization and/or consulting or IT Consulting experience will be considered a plus)
Postgraduate degree in HR/Organizational Behavior will be considered a strong plus
Strong knowledge of Greek Labor Law
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in Greek and English, with excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive team player
Highly organized, able to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
