In Greece, our HR function has grown significantly to meet increasing business needs and support the company’s continued growth.

The HR People Advisor in Athens will support all activities and processes within an HR department to ensure that the global & local programs and solutions are established in order to maintain a high-performance workforce team.

Responsibilities:

• Support day‑to‑day HR Operations processes (e.g. onboarding, offboarding, employee data maintenance)

• Prepare HR documentation, like employment contracts and onboarding materials

• Maintain and update HR systems and databases regarding leave management (e.g. record of sick or maternity leave), ensuring data accuracy and compliance

• Ensure Policies & internal procedures' compliance standards

• Support various local & global HR programs / initiatives by means of design, implementation, internal communication and follow up

• Events' planning & management
