Job Description
- Validate Mobile Ads SDK integration and ensure latest versions are in use
- Enable Ads Bidding; import, test and certify third-party Open Bidding adapters
- Configure mediation waterfalls as fallback and verify eCPM floors & placement mapping
- Run test ads, capture logs/screens, and document root cause & fixes
- Review ad unit structure, key/values, COPPA/GDPR flags, and policy compliance before go-live
- Debug creative-render, latency, or yield issues via AdMob console, GAM, and network traces
- Educate developers on best-practice placements and simple revenue levers
- Maintain case notes and escalate edge cases to Implementation Lead and manage Business Support System as needed.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, IT or related field.
- 1-4 years experience in mobile app monetization, SDK integration, or technical ad-ops / support environment. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Hands-on with AdMob or in-app platforms such as AppLovin MAX, ironSource, Unity Ads, MoPub/FAN, or DV360.
- Experience integrating Ads Bidding & third-party Open Bidding adapters (eg.Meta, Unity, AppLovin, InMobi, etc.)
- Understanding of programmatic concepts: real-time bidding (RTB), ad verification, brand safety, viewability, COPPA & GDPR compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated proficiency with written, spoken in languages required - English and Vietnamese speaking.
Preferred Skills
- Proven troubleshooting experience using Android Studio / Xcode, Logcat, Charles / Proxyman, and Chrome DevTools
- Familiarity with Mobile Ads SDK and mediation setup
- Working knowledge of productivity tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Email platforms)
- Basic understanding of HTML & JavaScript for tag / signal validation
- Strong customer empathy and chat/email etiquette
- Clear, concise writing adaptable to developer audience
- Critical thinker who can follow troubleshooting flows and know when to dig deeper
- Fast learner, able to absorb product & policy changes quickly
- Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment and multicultural setting
