Your challenges

• Analyzing and describe the supply-chain evolution for different industry clusters to anticipate the hype of product-centric digitization opportunities to be driven by the Industry Transformation practice;

• Outline the business strategy and technology impacts on Products, Services, Operations and People connected with the supply-chain;

• Design strategic roadmaps and enabling ecosystems to support the business transformation trailed by investments in innovation with new ideas, use cases, capabilities, technologies;

• Ensuring alignment on key technologies, products and capabilities adopted by clients in transforming their supply-chain and production operations;

• Interacting with Client’s Business and IT Leadership, and 3rd parties, being able to translate collected business requirements into reality;

• Managing the lifecycle of delivery for projects in the area of how things are planned, sourced, made, serviced, and returned;

• Managing the delivery of both consulting and implementation projects in the area of supply-chain and production operations.
