Key responsibilities:
- Design, development and delivery of automated solutions
- Work with operational users to create virtual workforce
- Map current and future state processes, supporting implementation of automated solutions to drive customer benefits, within agreed budgets and timescales
- Design and create well-documented, supportable and extensible developments whilst maintaining the work of other consultants, partners and clients
- Get involved with data identification, extraction, manipulation, design, visualization and process evaluation to provide key operational benefits
Le tue caratteristiche
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of IT experience
- Experience in Robotic Process Automation with Power Automate and Power Platform, UiPath, Blue Prism
- Preferable experience in Business Process Management and Process Mining with PEGA, Appian, Camunda, Celonis
- Experience in Intelligent Automation technologies (Automation Anywhere, OCR, NLP, ML) a plus
- Programming background and readiness to train on Intelligent Automation Tools
- Web development/Custom development skills (HTML, CSS, .NET, C#, Python)
- Good Communication skills – Written and Verbal
- Ability to talk to client and get the Business Requirements
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Experience in using cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) services
- Additional languages on top of Latvian, English and Russian will be counted as advantage
