Your Challenges:  

 As a Senior/Expert Mechanical Structural Engineer your specialization is in the design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical structures. This role involves a combination of mechanical engineering principles and structural engineering concepts to ensure the integrity, safety, and functionality of various structures and components. You will be part of a broader multi-disciplinary engineering team and will be asked to coordinate Junior Mechanical Engineers and facilitate their professional development. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Structural Design: Develop detailed designs and specifications for mechanical structures, considering factors such as load-bearing capacity, materials, and environmental conditions;

• Analysis and Simulation: Perform structural analysis and simulation using engineering software to ensure that designs meet safety and performance standards. Analyze and interpret test data to refine designs;

• Standard Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, and regulations in the design and construction of aerospace mechanical structures; 

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Systems engineers, and project managers, to integrate mechanical systems into overall project designs; 

• Prototype Development: Participate in the development and testing of prototypes to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement;

• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports. Communicate technical information effectively to stakeholders;

• Technical Management: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
