As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading the integration of innovative approaches within project delivery, leveraging extensive expertise to influence both client and organizational strategies. This role requires engaging closely with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with best practices, and fostering trusted advisory relationships. The position emphasizes driving forward-thinking ideas and enhancing the organization's reputation by delivering impactful technology-driven business transformations. Collaboration and strategic insight are central to daily activities, ensuring that emerging concepts are effectively translated into practical outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to incorporate relevant innovations into delivery practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Ability to design and implement scalable learning solutions that meet client needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient outcomes.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
