This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress and quality outcomes. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to meet client expectations and drive continuous improvement within the security delivery framework.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Oversee project delivery schedules and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align objectives and resolve challenges.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of access control concepts and role management within SAP environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing security policies and procedures for enterprise systems.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and compliance audits related to SAP Security.
- Familiarity with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools and processes.
- Skilled in troubleshooting security issues and providing effective remediation strategies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Security.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
