Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward and ensuring that best practices are followed to achieve optimal results.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Analyze project requirements and develop strategies to meet organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Project Costing.
- Strong understanding of financial management processes and systems.
- Experience with project costing methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with cloud-based financial solutions and their implementation.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Project Costing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
