What would you do? Review & Monitor team utilization on daily, weekly, and period wise Create Change requests, work with Legal team on required amends and support till closure Create new demands when required and follow-up with the respective teams for approval Ensure that demands are tracked in a systematic manner and collaborate with recruiting and contractor teams Work with interviewers to ensure interviews are conducted smoothly Ensure that team details are regularly updated, Tech issues are resolved. Have monthly connect with Tech POC on major issues Collaborate with BRG team to ensure that Governance decks are updated on time and Governance meetings are in place Work with pod leads to ensure that Utilization is updated and tracked Collaborate with reporting team on annual and monthly activities like Baselining, Weekly capacity utilization, Periodic utilization, etc In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems.
