Digital Marketing Manager – Products

Partnering with Products Operating Group industry, consulting practice and geographic marketing teams, the Products Digital Marketing Manager with lead development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns for the Product Operating Group; campaigns may include websites, e-mails, mobile content, social media, paid search, blogs, etc. Use digital marketing and analytics capabilities to select the most effective digital marketing channels and strategies for campaigns and programs. 

Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 

  • Creating strategy on digital marketing campaigns and advises clients on best practices and trends
  • Working with the business leadership to develop, plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns tied to specific marketing and business goals
  • Overseeing a wide range of projects, including but not limited to website development, organic optimization, social media, and paid search marketing
  • Creating and manage the execution of project work plans to ensure all key stakeholders are aware campaign requirements and that campaigns are delivered on-time
  • Analyzing reports created using tools such as Web analytics, social media reporting, and e-mail marketing to provide business-relevant actionable insights; use these insights to optimize marketing spend toward channels.
  • Stay abreast of new and emerging technologies and proactively identify business opportunities
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to build and execute programs


Reports to: Products Global Digital Marketing Lead
Internal Relationships: Close interaction with 
  • Products Industrial Industry Marketing Team
  • Products Customer & Channel Marketing Team
  • Products EALA Geo Marketing Team
  • Connected Product Lifecycle Services Marketing Team

External Relationships: Vendors, suppliers, agencies, contractors
Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or other 4-year university degree
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing
  • Mastery of the English language – strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skill Requirements

  • Proven experience leading, managing and optimizing cross-channel marketing campaigns including website, SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Omniture preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Ability to manage stakeholder’s expectations to adjust for digital best practices while still achieving business objectives.
  • Ability to work independently/autonomously
  • Ability to manage a large project load of multidisciplinary projects
  • Ability to prioritize, identify and raise possible conflicts, and problem solve to meet deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail, quality assurance 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate
  • Solid interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, congenial, and assertive
