We are looking for professionals with an advanced level of English and SAP knowledge to be part of our Accenture Operations team.
Key responsibilities:📌
- Customer Care
- Product and Distribution Complaints.
- Data Capture from Customer/Patient.
- Replacement / Credit Eligibility Determination.
In-Policy Returns:
- Receive returns transactions.
- Review customer returns via 3rd Party EDI transmission and validate reason code and SAP account information to confirm appropriate pricing strategy is applied.
Customer Order Intake and Processing:
- Order Intake and Processing.
- Order Validation.
- Order Errors / Exception Management.
Out of Policy Returns
Collect returns
Requisitos
What are we looking for:💡
- Experience in Order Management | OM.
- Experience in Order to Cash | OTC.
- Experience in Disputes | Returns.
- SAP knowledge (required).
- English B2, C1, C2 (required).
- Industry Knowledge of Pharma/Life Sciences/CPG.
- Above average analytical skills.
- Above average supply chain knowledge.
- Excel advanced.
