A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
  • Responsible for leading the CRO operation and prioritizing and defining activities status
  • Evaluate the Operation cadency and identify current trends
  • Manage the whole Optimization Project
  • Take decisions about operational subjects as when to stop experiments or reprioritize the production line
  • Identify new conversion opportunities and product innovations
  • Guide the team into customer experience and AB, MVT testing techniques
  • Guide experiment results using basic Statistic knowledge
  • Plan pre and post click tests
  • Present project results to client and Accenture board
  • Apply Design Thinking and Mobile First concepts that lead to intuitive user experience
  • Translate user experiences concepts to the experiments and on-site projects on mock-ups, creating fluxograms, wireframes, functional specifications and other UX techniques
  • Build user researches or user centered techniques to enhance on-site hypothesis
  • Analyze test results looking for behaviour trends that could help enhance the team´s next hypothesis
  • Build benchmarks to identify new navigational flows opportunities to Optimization projects
  • Build user surveys and analyze results to discover client’s perceptions
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Digital Marketing;
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams;
  • Great written and verbal communication, analytical and detail oriented profile and good interpersonal relationships
  • Basic Knowledge in Statistics as how to tests validity and sampling sizes;
  • Experience in AB Testing or User experience techniques is a plus;
  • Experience in Scrum/ Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge on web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Proficient in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
