The People Engagement (PE) Business Partner Specialist role will support the PE Ventures & Acquisitions (V&A) Team as well as the PE writing teams. This specialist role is responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing priority internal communications programs across the Post-Merger Integration (PMI) and Deal Announcement Teams within V&A M+C to inform, inspire, engage, and entertain our people to create greater connection and foster a sense of belonging. We are looking for a self-starter who can swiftly understand, analyze, and communicate to our leaders and other key internal audiences about the capabilities and people we have acquired as well as work on the interlocks of the various parts of the business. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and has a strong writing background with a track record of working with senior leaders. The role reports into the V&A PE Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for a variety of formats including websites, blogs, social posts, video scripts, etc.
  • Design, execute and operationalize key communications campaigns working with a wide variety of stakeholders across different functions.
  • Manage announcement process for acquisition communications, following existing guidelines and suggesting improvements if needed.
  • Lead and execute on multiple PMI campaigns to raise awareness about and foster belonging for our various acquisitions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across PE and various V&A teams to execute on key campaigns.
  • Work with other members of the V&A and PE teams to ensure smooth handover of communications from V&A Talent Integration teams to the PE business partner.
  • Manage the collection of distribution lists for various communications connecting with the Audience Library Team and feeding into Audience library as and when needed.
  • Work closely with other members of our People Engagement community – including People Engagement Business Partners and our Good Morning Accenture, People Communications Delivery and Writing teams – to ensure accurate, timely execution of communications requests.
  • Help share and comply with Accenture’s communications policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Partner with Accenture Creative and external agencies (where necessary), to ensure strategic and cost-effective use of services.
  • Lead with an audience first narrative, using data and insights and advanced targeting to deliver highly personalized and relevant experiences.
  • Gather and report metrics for various V&A PE communications.

Requisitos

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ideally in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with internal communications.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese

Professional Skills

  • Exceptional writing, editing, presentation and oral communications skills. Meticulous attention for detail.
  • Confidence to work independently or in a group.
  • Experience in integrated internal communications campaign management, planning and execution, including knowledge of global digital platforms (web, mobile, social), content strategy, publishing, and management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional project management and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in Viva Engage, email communication platforms, Intranet portals and SharePoint preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work on several campaigns at once, at times within tight deadlines.
