Your Mission
 

You bring solid SAP HCM experience and want to support clients on their path to S/4HANA? As an SAP HCM for S/4HANA Expert, you’ll help shape future HR system landscapes. You’ll advise on migration strategies, assess architectural options (e.g. Brownfield, Greenfield, Compatibility Mode) and contribute across strategic and delivery phases of complex transformation programs.
 

What you can expect
 

  • Advisory and delivery support in SAP HCM transformation programs toward S/4HANA

  • Evaluation of options such as HCM for S/4, Compatibility Pack, or hybrid SuccessFactors models

  • Depending on your experience: project stream leadership or architecture design

  • Collaboration with SuccessFactors teams for integrated solutions

  • Optional: contribution to RfPs, proposals, and client solution design.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:
 

  • You bring solid experience in SAP ECC HCM, with deep know-how in at least one of the following core modules:
    Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY) or Time Management (PT)

  • You’re curious about or already familiar with SAP HCM for S/4HANA – experience here is a strong plus, but not required

  • You enjoy working on complex HR IT landscapes, advising clients, and helping them navigate transformation journeys

  • You communicate clearly and work well with diverse teams – on-site and remote, business and technical

  • You’re fluent in German and English, and you value delivery excellence, structure, and team spirit
