This includes verifying claim details, assessing damages, and determining coverage. The goal is to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution. Responsibilities include communicating with claimants, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining detailed records. This role is essential for providing support and satisfaction to policyholders. Business solutions that support the healthcare claim function, leveraging a knowledge of the processes and systems to receive, edit, price, adjudicate, and process payments for claims.
