Job Description
Role Summary:
As a Performance Tester, you will be a subject matter expert responsible for ensuring systems meet business, performance, and scalability requirements. You will collaborate with multiple teams to provide solutions to performance challenges, contribute to key technical decisions, and help maintain stable, efficient systems that meet service level expectations.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Enhance systems and applications to meet defined business and performance requirements
- Maintain applications and supporting infrastructure in alignment with agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
- Define and review technical requirements related to integration, performance, quality, and scalability
- Execute and manage non‑functional testing activities to validate system behavior and performance
- Collaborate with cloud operations teams to manage system capacity and performance
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to system capacity, stability, and quality
Qualifications
Must‑Have Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Test Execution and Test Management
- Advanced proficiency in System Defect Management
- Strong understanding of system performance, scalability, and integration requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or engineering field
Bonus / Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Advanced experience in Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation
- Advanced proficiency in System Integration Testing (SIT)
