・他部署や社員からの問い合わせ・相談への回答
【スペシャリスト】
・給与データや提出書類の作成、レビュー
・基本的な支給・控除項目の取り扱い（課税、社保対象等）を理解し、外部からの相談に適切なアドバイス・レビューを行う
・他部署や社員からの問い合わせ・相談への回答
・業務改善
・本社とのコミュニケーション
・V&A（企業買収）対応
・税務調査、監査対応
・外部システム業者対応
◆応募要件
【アナリストーシニア・アナリスト】
・給与計算の業務経験（社会保険含む）
・基本的なPCスキル（エクセル等）
【スペシャリスト】
・給与計算の業務経験（社会保険含む）
・基本的なPCスキル（エクセル等）
・給与システム導入や業務改善プロジェクトなどに携わった経験
・高いITリテラシー
・税務調査、内部監査などの対応経験
