Senior consulting leader with 15+ years of experience in operations consulting, delivering large-scale transformation initiatives and driving operational excellence. Recognized for strong stakeholder management, strategic leadership, and the ability to lead high-performing teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale consulting engagements and transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery across operations initiatives.
- Provide strategic leadership and decision-making, contributing to the definition of business priorities and short-term objectives for key areas of responsibility.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, leading governance forums, executive presentations, and escalation management while acting as a strategic advisor.
- Drive business development and account growth, identifying new opportunities, supporting proposal development, and expanding existing client relationships.
- Oversee program and project management, coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously, managing dependencies, and ensuring delivery timelines in dynamic environments.
- Ensure governance, risk, and compliance adherence, maintaining audit readiness, critical controls, and internal performance metrics while validating key deliverables and regulatory processes.
- Lead team development and talent management, mentoring managers and consultants, supporting performance evaluations, promotions, and fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and recognition.
- Manage daily operational performance, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards are consistently achieved, while prioritizing critical issues and managing escalations.
- Apply strong analytical capabilities to interpret operational data, monitor performance metrics, and develop recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement, implementing automation initiatives and emerging technologies (including GenAI) to enhance operational performance, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Maintain end-to-end financial oversight of programs, including forecasting, budget management, profitability tracking, and mitigation of financial and operational risks.
- Communicate clearly and effectively across all organizational levels, ensuring alignment, transparency, and informed decision-making among stakeholders.
Requisitos
Core Skills & Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience leading operations management and large-scale transformation programs.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) with strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership of large global teams (150–250+ professionals) in complex and fast-paced environments.
- Extensive operations expertise across Finance Operations, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Procurement (Source-to-Pay).
- Strong stakeholder management, partnering with senior executives and C-level leadership.
- Program and portfolio management, overseeing multiple strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
- Financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Operational performance management, driving results through SLA, KPI, and quality governance.
- Digital transformation leadership, implementing automation, analytics, and GenAI-driven improvements.
- Talent development and change management, building high-performing teams and enabling organizational transformation.
