Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Schedule candidate interviews related events as required gaining relevant availabilities and retrieve feedback forms from interviewers.
- Request interviewers, scheduling candidates, creation of interview schedule, etc.
- Follow-up with candidates to secure clarification on discrepancies.
- Communicate process, data and forms status to candidates and stakeholders as required.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder group
Requisitos
Main Skills
- English advanced - C1
- Administrative task (Min. 6 months)
- Interest in customer support.
- Advanced communications skills verbal and written in English
- Prefer interest in Human Resources.
- Ability to work as a team as well as independently in a virtual environment.
- Proactivity and innovation to improve processes.
