Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

The Japan MU DPIS Lead is responsible for: (i) establishing, operating, monitoring and improving the local Information Security Management System (ISMS) to manage information security risk; and (ii) managing data privacy compliance within Japan MU. The role of the Japan MU DPIS Lead involves (1) maintaining all aspects of the local ISMS instance for Accenture Japan’s internal business operations, (2) ensuring data privacy compliance and managing regulatory expectations within Japan MU; (3) understanding the requirements to properly protect Accenture data, and (4) championing Information Security and Data Privacy training and awareness.

Relationships

• Reports to Japan GS Lead
• Reports to Japan MU Data Privacy and Information Security Sponsor (MU DPIS Sponsor)
• Reports to Accenture Data Privacy Officer
• Works with IS.ISMS PMO, IS Assessment and other Global Information Security teams for Information Security matters
• Works with Global Data Privacy experts and Japan GCC for Data Privacy matters
• Works with Procurement, HR, Recruiting and other Corporate Functions
• Works with Japan MU Information Security Management Forum (ISMF)
