We support clients across the full transformation lifecycle — from strategy definition and target operating model design to digital and IT‑enabled implementation.

As a Management Consulting Intern, you will join project teams and support consultants in delivering high‑impact consulting work. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to management consulting in the insurance industry while building strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

💼 What you’ll do

During your internship, you will actively support consulting teams on client projects while learning how management consulting engagements are delivered:

• 📊 Support management consulting projects for insurance clients across strategy, operations, and digital transformation
• 🧠 Assist in transformation initiatives through analysis, documentation, and implementation support
• 🔍 Conduct market research, data analysis, and benchmarking to support insights and recommendations
• 📑 Help prepare client‑ready deliverables such as presentations, analyses, and workshop materials
• ⚙️ Support functional or delivery‑oriented activities (e.g. business analysis, testing support, product owner assistance), depending on project needs
• 🤝 Assist in the preparation, facilitation, and follow‑up of client workshops and working sessions
• 🔄 Support implementation activities, including testing support, change documentation, and basic functional configuration
• 🌐 Collaborate with cross‑functional Accenture teams, including technology and delivery specialists
• 📚 Build awareness of insurance industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies
• 🚀 Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and team activities within the Insurance practice
