We are looking for a Manager specialized in Data & AI for Manufacturing to lead innovative projects in the intelligent supply chain space. Your mission will be to transform industrial processes through advanced analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI, designing solutions that optimize efficiency, quality, and asset availability.
We are a global Center of Excellence specializing in Data & AI for Supply Chain, with a rapidly growing team of 180+ professionals. Our mission is to turn data into a strategic advantage, driving operational excellence, agility, and smarter, faster decision-making across the end-to-end supply chain.
The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona under a hybrid work model, combining remote work with in-office collaboration to foster team synergy. Candidates must reside in Spain and have legal work authorization.
Main Responsibilities
Lead AI-driven projects for manufacturing processes, including predictive and prescriptive model design.
Develop digital twins for processes and industrial assets to enable real-time optimization.
Integrate predictive maintenance solutions with CMMS systems and cloud platforms.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure delivery of innovative solutions for global clients.
Requisitos
Technical Requirements
Strong programming skills in Python (OOP) and Java; knowledge of R, SQL, C/C++ is a plus.
Expertise in Machine Learning (predictive modeling, simulation, optimization) and Generative AI (LLMs, synthetic data).
Familiarity with IT/OT architectures (MES, SCADA, PLCs, OPC/UA) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Experience with data visualization and processing tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, or Snowflake.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other STEM fields.
6+ years of combined experience in Data & AI and/or industrial environments.
