Your work:
Iberia market unit – working for our top Health clients, developing their data and analytics strategy based on data platforms bringing new offerings and opportunities to growth our applied intelligence business in the industry

What responsibilities will you have?
Strategy professionals help clients develop corporate strategies, make strategic decisions, structure effective business and operating models, and transform their businesses all in an effort to grow their business while maintaining or reducing costs.
What skills & experience are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Masters or MBA’s degree
- Proficient in English (written and oral)
- Minimum of 6 years working in data or related business transformation
- Minimum of 4 years developing Health projects
- Minimum of 4 years working on some of the next topics (certifications are recommended):
- Health archetypes: ISO13606, OpenEHR, HL7 CDA
- Interoperability standards: HL7 FHIR, HL7 v2.X
- Health ontologies: SNOMED CT, HPO, LOINC, CIE9 / CIE10 / CIE11
- Other relevant knowledge: i2b2, OMOP, HL7 RIM, REDCAP
Preferred Skills
- Prior consulting experience preferred working on health data platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills – ability to convey technology and business value propositions
- Ability to understand and apply statistical methods and outputs to create client value in a business context

- Ability to understand the new digital challenges
- Ability to provide solutions to complex business problems where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives
- Ability to understand business context and develop strategic solutions regarding data analytics and AI;
- Define value opportunities to transform data into valuable and actionable insights
- Enthusiasm in executing AI organizational transformation;
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
