The work:
We are expanding our Iberia Talent & Organization team and looking for professionals with experience in HR transformation and organizational change to join us.
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, a typical project might include the following activities:
Supporting people and organizations in adopting new technologies, processes, or ways of working by fully understanding both the transformation program and its impact on the organization.
Contributing to transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people-focused strategies.
Designing and implementing interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness, leveraging Accenture’s methodologies, assets, and tools to ensure lasting change.
Conducting stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to tailor solutions that drive engagement and adoption.
Developing transformation plans, including next-generation communication strategies and tailor-made training programs to meet diverse audience needs.
Measuring the effectiveness of interventions using data-driven approaches and storytelling methods to assess business readiness.
Requisitos
Here’s what you need:
2+ years of experience in transformation projects related to HR, organizational change, or digital adoption in large-scale environments.
Minimum bachelor's degree.
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) are essential.
For positions in the Barcelona office, proficiency in Catalan is required.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Cultural sensitivity and proven experience working in multinational environments.
Advanced functional knowledge of HR technology solutions (Workday, SSFF, others) is valued, as well as experience in Change Management within S4H environments.
Professional certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or HR transformation methodologies are a plus.

Experience in transformation programs that span strategy, impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
Strong project management skills, including the establishment of tracking and monitoring mechanisms, ideally with Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment.
