We are looking for a CRM & Marketing Automation Consultant. A talented, fun, collaborative person willing to bring added knowledge to our team. The work:

Have a CRM business vision and the ability to interact with IT/Marketing teams to develop and implement innovative use cases throughout the customer life cycle.

Interpreting business requirements into functional requirements for IT equipment. Define functional design of the TO-BE Marketing Automation solutions of the costumers based on their needs.

Build business cases of use cases and solutions.

Plan and execute CRM campaign strategy, defining workflows and triggers according to buyer personas and their stage in the customer journey.

Design email marketing and marketing automation campaigns, and manage and support operational teams for campaign testing and execution.

Use dashboards and data to make smarter decisions. Monitor and deliver analytical reports to optimize the customer journey.

Engage with other teams to understand and identify ways to increase prospect and client engagement, to better define the optimization strategy.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and the evolving digital landscape.




  • University or Business School degree (Master) in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 year of professional experience in CRM Inbound Marketing, with strong focus on the automation of the different stages of the customer life cycle.
  • Functional or operational experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud with ability and understanding on how to manage it and configure, parametrize and test campaigns.
  • Strong experience in Email Marketing. SMS and Push are an asset.
  • Knowledge of conception, implementation and optimization of personalized campaigns and customer journeys (segmenting by Buyer Persona & customer journey stage).
  • Must have strong quantitative analysis skills and advanced Excel skills.
  • Great attention to detail and curiosity to uncover trends and insights.
  • Team-player with excellent relationship-building.
  • Analytic, methodic, proactive, and detailed-oriented person.
  • Communication and project management skills.

Desirables (more to least important)

  • Experience with other Marketing Automation Tools: Adobe Campaign (Standard or Classic), Eloqua, Responsys, Marketo, Pardot…
  • Knowledge of online or offline direct marketing functions is an asset.
  • Any specific experience within Banking sector would be beneficial.
  • Any specific experience within CRM or Digital Marketing would be beneficial, as would marketing experience in a more general sense.
  • Understanding of data models and technical architecture of Marketing Automation solutions.
  • Html.
  • Copywritting and content creation skills.
  • Web analytics tools (Google analytics, Adobe Analytics).
