  • Seamlessly bridge strategic roadmap planning with tactical execution, ensuring alignment between business goals and delivery outcomes
  • Strong ability to align business requirements with technical feasibility, enabling efficient decision-making across stakeholders

Agile Leadership & Team Enablement

  • Drive Agile transformation and best practices adoption, ensuring team maturity and delivery consistency
  • Empower the team to be self-managing, while proactively removing blockers to maintain velocity
  • Act as a mentor and culture driver, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

Delivery Excellence & Decision-Making

  • Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable acceptance criteria, improving delivery quality
  • Demonstrate strong prioritization and rapid decision-making, ensuring high-value outcomes
  • Effectively manage team impediments, minimizing delivery risks

Cross-Functional Influence & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong collaboration across stakeholders, developers, and users
  • Possess strong situational awareness and communication skills, aligning teams with evolving product needs

Adaptability & Growth Mindset

  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, adapting quickly to changing priorities
  • Continuously focus on learning and improvement, strengthening both team and delivery outcomes

Business Impact

  • Improve delivery velocity and predictability through effective backlog refinement and prioritization

**This is a hybrid role with expectations of 80% onsite in Charlotte, NC

Requisitos

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of AEM experience

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree
