Accenture Products & Platforms is seeking a senior enterprise sales leader to drive growth of our Digital Video Solutions across large enterprise clients. This role focuses on leading complex, value based enterprise sales, where software is embedded within broader transformation programs including consulting, operations, system integration, user experience, and delivery It is essential to reside in Spain and have a valid work permit.
Accenture Products & Platforms is seeking a senior enterprise sales leader to drive growth of our Digital Video Solutions across large enterprise clients. This role focuses on leading complex, value based enterprise sales, where software is embedded within broader transformation programs including consulting, operations, system integration, user experience, and delivery It is essential to reside in Spain and have a valid work permit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex, multi component enterprise sales pursuits where software is part of a broader Accenture value proposition
• Orchestrate sales motions across consulting, delivery, operations, product, and marketing teams within a highly matrixed organization
• Shape value based propositions aligned to client business outcomes, milestones, and risk mitigation
• Manage deal complexity end to end, including governance, internal approvals, pricing structures, and margin considerations
• Engage with C suite and senior client executives, often in environments with shared or indirect client ownership
• Design and execute go to market strategies for large enterprise and Fortune 2000 clients
• Own pipeline development, forecasting, and deal progression through the full sales lifecycle

Requisitos
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise software, platform, or solutions sales
• Deep knowledge of telecommunications, media, advertising, or marketing industry.
• Exposure to digital video platforms, OTT, or streaming ecosystems
• Demonstrated success selling within large, matrixed organizations (e.g., global system integrators, large technology vendors, or enterprise software companies)
• Proven ability to orchestrate complex, multi stakeholder enterprise deals
• Experience embedding software into broader transformation programs including services, consulting, operations, and delivery
• Strong executive presence with the ability to lead value based negotiations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Based in Spain with a valid work permit
