The Programmatic Consultant develops robust data informed programs, working with advanced targeting tactics, micro segmentation, trigger-based decision rules, and content architectures that best reach a high value audience across display campaigns. You will work closely with the Strategy, Analytics, Madtech and Media Operations teams to ensure clear, measurable KPIs are established, that the audience strategy is flexible/translatable and properly executed across all programmatic and relevant media channels.

The Programmatic Consultant will also work very closely with clients to enable their bespoke tech stacks that lay the foundation for executing personalized experiences as the key to our adaptive marketing approach.

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility

·       Craft data driven audience first strategies that drive digital sales for our finance and banking client.

·       Guide the full data strategy process: data partners, audiences, media and content, DCO, channels, investment, measurement, and total architecture from top to bottom.

·       Lead/ assist in data onboarding, audience building, modelling journeys, insights generation and reporting along with media operation and madtech teams.

·       Collaborate with AdOps teams on measurement and tracking strategy, tag implementation, and audience-based logic schemes.

  • Assist with quarterly business review meetings as well as other senior-level client meetings and presentations.
  • Create presentations on performance and strategy updates to share with Accenture teams and clients.

·       Ensure proper tech use case definition and deployment

·       Facilitate testing scenarios alongside client and internal teams.

·       Identify and vet data partners and new technologies to diversify our strategies.

·       Proactively work to evolve and improve data driven techniques linked to paid media and the media planning process.

·       Identify test and learn opportunities by investigating advanced targeting, micro segmentation, trigger-based decision rules,  1st, 2nd and 3rd party data.

Qualifications

Professional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Advertising, Marketing or related fields.
  • At least 4 years working in media, experience in a digital agency is a must.
  • Experience in digital strategy, media, ad tech/mar tech operation and applied programmatic knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of third-party ad serving platforms
  • Strong experience working with Full Stack Technologies (GMP, Sizmek, Adobe etc.).
  • Solid knowledge and strategic understanding of digital technologies - DMPs, CDPS, DCOs, DSPs, Marketing Cloud, AI, CRM, Social platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of paid media channels (search, social, programmatic, Affiliates, MSE, TV)
  • Experience in digital strategy, media, ad tech/mar tech operation and applied programmatic knowledge
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in related roles, with client facing experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to nurture and retain client relationships & understand how Programmatic can feed into wider business goals
  • Good experience managing programmatic campaigns across different platforms, with a focus on Google (DBM & Campaign Manager), AppNexus and The Trade Desk
  • Experience of collaborating with senior level stakeholders.
