Join Halfspace’s Strategy & Execution Team - Making AI Adoption Real
At Halfspace, part of Accenture's Center for Advanced AI, we help organisations use artificial intelligence to make better, more informed decisions, faster. We began by predicting outcomes in live football matches and have since delivered more than one hundred AI and data projects across industries, earning international recognition for our work.
What truly defines us is our people. Builders and practitioners who learn fast, challenge each other kindly, and genuine curiosity about hard problems. Our team brings together expertise across physics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, operations research, computer science, chemistry, economics, biology, design, and strategy. Halfspace is a specialised unit within Accenture, focused on deep expertise in applied AI. We describe our approach as "inch wide, mile deep".
As a Change Management and AI Adoption Consultant in our Strategy and Execution team, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, people, and technology. Change management and adoption is where most AI transformations quietly succeed or fail, and it is where we want to go deeper. You will design the conditions in which AI actually lands, gets trusted, and delivers value.
In practice, the work spans the full arc of change and adoption for AI-driven transformations, from sponsorship at the top to enablement on the ground. It starts with stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and readiness diagnostics across client organisations, and moves into translating what an AI solution actually changes in workflows, roles, skills. You will design and facilitate workshops covering visioning, co-creation, training, sense-making, and resistance conversations, and build the learning content and operating models that enables organizations harness their AI efforts. Measuring adoption beyond launch, and feeding those insights back into product and delivery teams, is part of the loop rather than an afterthought.
You will work alongside strategists, engineers, scientists, designers, and organisational psychologists on real AI transformations, often at board level and always close to the end user. We value depth, flexibility, trust, and balance. We build a space where curious, thoughtful people can grow while working on projects that matter, alongside some of the world’s most interesting companies.
Qualifications
Approximately one to five years of relevant experience in change management, organisational development, learning and development, transformation consulting, or equivalent roles. The exact path and number of years matter less to us than the depth and type of what you have worked on.
You bring genuine curiosity about AI and how it changes the way people work.
Technical depth in AI is an advantage but not a requirement. What matters is that you want to understand how these systems behave, where they create value, and where they break.
You communicate and facilitate with confidence. You can hold a room, ask the kinds of questions that move a conversation forward, and write with clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences.
You think in a structured way, and can turn ambiguity into a plan without losing the nuance that makes it land.
You lead with empathy and judgement, understanding that change is about people first, process second, and technology third.
You default to collaboration, lifting the people around you and taking shared wins seriously.
We know that excellent candidates often hesitate to apply unless they meet every requirement listed. Please apply if you believe you can contribute to this role, even if your background does not match every item above. We would rather see your application than miss you.
Compensation and Working Arrangements
We offer benefits that include pension contribution, parental leave provisions consistent with Danish standards, a learning and development budget, and more. This is a Copenhagen-based role with preference of people coming to the office. But we want people to bring their whole self, hence we cater for flexibility to work from home and family life.
Life at Halfspace
We value flexibility, trust, and balance. We invest in learning and development, and we create an environment where people can grow while working on projects that matter. Our clients include some of the world's leading companies, and the work is demanding, but we protect the conditions that make sustained good work possible.
