Project Controls Analyst
Location: Newcastle Upon-Tyne
Hybrid Working: Please note - This role will require you to work from our Newcastle, Cobalt Business Park office 3 days per week.

As a Project Controls Service Analyst, you will:
Support successful delivery as part of the project management office for large scale, high-complexity programmes
Use data analytics to uncover actionable insights and inform programme strategy via relevant tools (e.g. Power BI)
Own and manage end to end operational data for large projects or programmes of work
Work with delivery teams to understand status, issues, risks and putting in place mitigation plans
Plan, budget creation, management and control using a bespoke suite of programme management tools; including setting up plans, tracking progress, and reporting variances.
Liaise with Commercial and Financial Management teams to ensure that programme and corporate finances are aligned and that the Programme is delivering to target
Manage internal and client stakeholder relationships
Responsible for identifying and driving continuous service improvement and process automation
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Experience working as part of a project or programme management office (PMO)
Adept at managing complex plans and resource profiles over large programmes of work
Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
Experience of data analytics and tooling e.g. Power BI
Experience in driving process automation and continuous service improvement
Exceptional communication skills – including verbal, written, and presenting to groups
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Proven ability to coach and mentor as part of a large team
A keen interest in technology
