Program/Project Management Lead

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication channels within and across teams to promote transparency and alignment. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and team performance. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong capability in planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. - Proficient in risk management techniques to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks. - Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure alignment and manage expectations. - Experienced in utilizing project management tools and methodologies to track progress and deliverables. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across diverse groups to achieve project milestones. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Manila office.
