Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Collaboration with various stakeholders and teams is essential to align technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure clarity and alignment. - Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Receivables and Collections. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based financial applications and their configuration. - Experience with integration techniques using standard tools and application programming interfaces. - Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently. - Excellent understanding of release management and system stability practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Receivables and Collections. - This position is based at our Manila office.
