Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
- Experience in designing and implementing APIs and connectors within cloud integration platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration flows to ensure high availability and performance.
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployment models and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Good understanding of security protocols and data transformation techniques in integration scenarios.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
