Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ServiceNow IT Service Management, ServiceNow ITOM ServiceMapping.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ServiceNow IT Service Management, ServiceNow ITOM ServiceMapping.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and customization capabilities.
- Experience in developing and deploying scalable workflows and integrations within ServiceNow.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools relevant to ServiceNow development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
