As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring that all systems run efficiently and effectively to meet business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation tasks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Resource needs to be AI Ready.
