Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Active Workspace (AWC) to align with business processes and user experience needs.
- Develop custom client extensions, UI modifications, and server-side business logic for Teamcenter AWC.
- Implement Style Sheets, SOA services, and declarative configurations for AWC.
- Perform upgrade assessments, regression impact analysis, and deployment of AWC configurations on the latest Teamcenter versions.
- Collaborate with functional analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and support production deployments.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and upgrade-ready customization approaches.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Teamcenter Developer.
- Strong experience in Active Workspace (AWC) configuration and customization (version 6.2+).
- Proficiency in Teamcenter SOA services, declarative UI configuration, Style Sheets, XML, JSON, JavaScript, and React.js.
- ITK Server-side customizations
- Experience with Teamcenter upgrade projects and ensuring AWC compatibility.
- A good understanding of the Teamcenter data model, workflows, and access management.
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools for code promotion and deployments.
- Familiarity with microservices, REST APIs, and containerization.
- Exposure to cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) of Teamcenter/AWC.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter integrations (CAD, ERP, or other systems).
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
