Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Release/Deployment Engineer to support the deployment and release management of Microsoft-based customer management platforms, with a focus on MSD Customer Onboarding, Leads, and Lending systems. The role involves coordinating releases, ensuring smooth deployments, and maintaining system stability across environments. Candidates with either Microsoft Dynamics 365 development experience or a DevOps background are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and execute application deployments across development, testing, and production environments
- Manage release cycles for Microsoft Dynamics-based customer onboarding and related platforms
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes
- Monitor deployments, troubleshoot issues, and perform rollback procedures when necessary
- Ensure compliance with release governance, change management, and documentation standards
- Support environment configuration and version control management
- Assist in performance tuning and system optimization post-deployment
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in release management, deployment, or DevOps roles
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft SQL Server and Windows-based environments
- Experience in either Microsoft Dynamics 365 development OR DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation tools)
- Familiarity with release management tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)
- Understanding of database deployment processes and SQL scripting
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement modules preferred)
- Knowledge of banking or financial services platforms (Customer Onboarding, Leads, Lending)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines or similar CI/CD tools
- Exposure to ITIL processes or structured release/change management frameworks
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell or similar) for automation
- Understanding of security and compliance requirements in enterprise environments
