SAP Data Migration Lead (Latam)
Client & Project Overview:
We are seeking a new talent to join the 52971391 team, working on the SAP S/4HANA LATAM program (Project 0012487252) for 3M Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
As a SAP Data Migration Lead, you will be responsible for leading end‑to‑end data migration activities across the project, acting as a key interface between the client’s business teams and Accenture’s data factory in India. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating SAP data migration activities for the SAP S/4HANA LATAM implementation.
- Engaging with client business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure alignment.
- Managing and coordinating offshore data factory teams to ensure delivery quality and timelines.
- Defining data migration strategy, scope, and execution roadmap.
- Overseeing data extraction, transformation, validation, and load cycles.
- Ensuring data quality, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities related to data migration.
- Supporting testing cycles (mock loads, dress rehearsals, cutover activities).
Experience:
- 10 years or more of professional experience, with strong hands-on background in SAP data migration
- Proven experience leading data migration streams in large and complex SAP programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA
- Experience working with global delivery models and offshore teams is required
Strong knowledge of SAP data objects, migration frameworks, and data governance practices
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration tools and methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in at least one foreign language: English or Spanish (mandatory).
- Experience in LATAM projects is a strong plus.
Location & Work Model:
- Predominantly home-office / remote work.
- Availability to travel or visit client and Accenture offices as required.
- For Brazil, primary location is São Paulo, but candidates based in other locations such as Recife, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, or other cities are also welcome.
