Autosys Production Support Engineer - 6262017

Key Responsibilities:
Have understanding of Incident management, Problem management, and Change management.
Possess good Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Have excellent communication interpersonal and relationship development skills.
Have exposure working in Global team.
*This role requires working onsite with the client 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX or Jersey City, NJ*
Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience with production support background with exposure to Level two production support tasks

Minimum 3 years experience working with Oracle PL SQL, Unix Linux, Autosys, JIL script, windows networking basics

Associate's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:

Automation and AI experience would be a plus
