As the Campaign Execution Lead, you will oversee marketing initiatives, develop strategic program roadmaps and oversee critical campaign processes, ensuring timely execution, operational excellence, and seamless collaboration across teams. This role requires strategic planning, problem-solving, and escalation management while serving as the primary point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders.

This role is hybrid and will require 2 days a week in the Woonsocket, RI office.

The Work:

  • You will execute the client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, targeting and channel strategies to achieve preferred status as a partner to client stakeholders.
  • You will oversee all aspects of marketing program lifecycle management including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field.
  • You will own and execute campaigns including email, direct mail and mobile from strategic intake through delivery and ensure seamless on-time execution.
  • Gathers business requirements, identify needs, identify gaps and work with cross functional teams to solve issues.
  • Creates comprehensive monthly campaign report covering Email, DM, Mobile, and Content creation.
  • Operates independently to provide quality work.
  • Has the ability to incorporate feedback into work and have a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Has experience with taking an initial set of guidelines and proactively moving forward with a project.
  • Enjoys leading others on project initiatives.
  • Has the curiosity to learn and be able to jump in to help a team member.
  • Collaborates well with internal teams, vendors and cross functional groups.
  • Has experience in writing and developing business cases, pitch decks and case studies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in digital product management

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in leading products built on digital, multi-tenant platforms
  • Critical thinker who can creatively transform strategies into a vision via roadmaps, OKRs
  • Experience working with and or leading cross functional teams to define and achieve high value business goals
  • Working knowledge of market dynamics, products, and competitive climate
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment
  • Influencing skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in campaign management or operational planning preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving with attention to detail.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
