THE WORK: Discover the opportunity to contribute actively and independently while becoming a subject matter expert. You will participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related challenges. This role will engage your skills in Service Desk Management, fostering growth and collaboration. Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined Service Level Agreements. Drive incident and outage resolution and maintain clear communication throughout the process. Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently and effectively. Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard operational continuity. Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies and standards. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management. A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate proficiency in problem solving. Beginner proficiency in communication skills. Intermediate proficiency in customer service. Beginner proficiency in time management. Intermediate proficiency in analytical thinking.
