Network Administrator Senior Analyst
Operational Role
Provide Level 3 support for incident, issue, and outage management, including investigation and restoration of network performance, capacity, and connectivity.
Participate in problem management and root cause analysis.
Implement Accenture standards related to network environments.
Configure and implement network scenarios based on client requirements.
Participate in duty service to coordinate daily operational tasks and address queries raised with the NS team.
Participate in on-call service for critical network issues outside business hours.
Ensure adherence to network policies and procedures aligned with Accenture security standards.
Contribute to global and regional network-related projects.
Deploy and refresh network infrastructure components.
Provide ongoing support for daily operational issues.
Maintain network documentation and ensure compliance with processes in scope of NS team.
Manage network elements in cloud environments.
Monitor network infrastructure parameters and trends to prevent incidents or problems.
Operate IT production services according to agreed SLAs.
Schedule, track, and facilitate acceptance of changes using Configuration and Change Management processes.
Architecture Role
Translate business needs into network architecture solutions.
Prepare proposals for architectural solutions for clients.
Analyze client requirements and implement architectural solutions.
Modify and optimize existing architectural solutions as needed.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in networking technologies.
Work Requirements
Readiness for on-call support on a rotation basis.
Ability to work after hours to meet SLA timelines, fault resolution, and change implementation.
Willingness to travel to other Accenture offices if needed.
Knowledge and Skills
Experience with Layer 2/Layer 3 switching, routing, and firewalling.
Understanding of Wi-Fi technology and networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, NAT, firewalls, switches, routers).
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP services and network security principles.
Ability to work independently on medium-complexity tasks.
Good organizational, oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and meet tight deadlines.
Understanding of ITIL service management concepts.
Deep knowledge in at least one network specialty.
Proactive customer approach and professional attitude.
Language
Fluent English.
Preferred Experience
Security architectures and technologies.
ISO27001, ITIL frameworks.
Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Aruba, and Fortinet technologies.
Network management and monitoring systems.
Database building, programming, and scripting.
