Facilitate the restoration of services to the production environment. Establish disaster recovery procedures and uphold data retention practices. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management. Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support. It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate proficiency in Customer Service. Beginner proficiency in Technical Troubleshooting. Advanced proficiency in Communication Skills. Intermediate proficiency in Problem Resolution. Beginner proficiency in Time Management.
