Job Title - IMU Brand and Marketing Strategist Manager

Management Level: 07 – Manager

Location: Delhi / Bangalore

Must have skills: Strategic growth marketing and full-funnel marketing strategy, content & campaign strategy, data-driven marketing, CXO management, digital & social media strategy.

Good to have skills: Social commerce, performance marketing, hands-on experience with MarTech stacks, AI-enabled marketing, GenAI-driven marketing transformation.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manager – Brand and Marketing Strategist to lead and shape growth marketing strategy, across high-impact industry verticals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, digital innovation, and data-informed branding. You’ll play a critical role in current and upcoming engagements, helping our clients achieve brand resonance, customer engagement, and performance-led outcomes through smart marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end brand and content strategy for enterprise-level clients across sectors
  • Drive the strategic vision for marketing campaigns—from insight generation to execution oversight.
  • Develop data-backed personas, content frameworks, and go-to-market strategies tailored to each client's objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, performance, and media teams to ensure cohesive campaign integration.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into impactful marketing programs.
  • Leverage marketing tech platforms and tools to drive scale, personalization, & measurable outcomes
  • Contribute to pitch development and business growth through consultative engagement.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitive insights, & new technologies including social commerce, Gen AI, etc.
  • Drive strategic partnerships, vendor relationships, and ecosystem collaborations
  • Build, lead, and grow high-performing teams and long-term capabilities

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Skilled in developing brand positioning, messaging architecture, & integrated campaign strategies.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing ecosystems (owned, earned, and paid media).
  • Skilled in customer journey mapping, content lifecycle planning, and editorial governance.
  • Strong analytical mindset & proficiency in using analytics tools and analyzing performance data to refine marketing tactics
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience working with senior, high-impact marketing teams and seasoned client stakeholders
  • Experience working in or with digital first and agile environments
  • Exposure to AI-driven marketing, GenAI-based content, or intelligent campaign optimization
  • Believing in the power of brands

Qualifikationen

Experience: Minimum 8+ year(s) of experience is required with proven experience owning Marketing led business growth numbers. Direct exposure to CXOs, promoters, investors, or board-level stakeholders.

Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM) from premier institutes preferred
